iPhone 5s vs note 3

Brehs as y'all know I've been trying to trade my 5s for a note 3...so I've found someone who'll take me up on the offer should I do it? I have a MacBook Pro, IPad air, and roku....I have a 5s 32gb space gray the note 3 is black also....all on tmobile.

I'm In the tmobile jump program that's another reason I'm hesitant because in 2-3 months I'll be eligible to upgrade to another device.
