They will most definitely improve the headphones. Apple makes great quality products. They don't focus on quantity of features (gimmicks like the android OEMs). They stay away from being the jack of all trades and masters of none. They focus on a few things and perfect them. iPhone continues to be best phone on market. It's funny how nikkas hype up the specs on these android phones and the iPhone 5s has half the specs of the android phones but performs on par or better.
Tho, I also believe the main driver behind this deal was for the beats music stream. Reviews are saying that's it's better than Pandora and Apple is trying to be relevant in that market.
