This is a really bad take...mike legit ruled his division and beat way more champions than wilder
I swear Tyson is one of those ppl who got overrated so much by casual viewers the pendulum started to swing in the other direction.

He unified the belts when the heavyweight division was a mess. And did it in dominating fashion. Either winning by KO or a decisive decisions. Also he damn near cleaned out the division. How many can say that

Problem with Mike is he peaked early. Most heavies don't reach their full potential until their early to mid thirties. That's just one factor in my opinion. Cus and Kev not being around to keep him focused was another big factor. Not saying Mike still wouldn't be involved with fukkery anyway, I just think a stable team would have worked wonders for him. And of course a three year prison term will zap any juice you have left. I still say Mike at 21 is one of the most technically sound boxers out there, for the style he used
