how are some of ya'll avoiding paying income taxes? are you raising your exemptions or something?

Spoke with them and set up a payment plan. Says I should have been notified before they took the measures they did. They hadn't received money yet so he submitted a form for a reversal and for me to be credited back. Because of time 50/50 chance I get my money back. But as long as they don't do that again I'm good either way.
