I got the Waterpik flosser and sonic toothbrush combo, which I would highly recommend. No more tartar, plaque and it whitens your teeth 100x better than a standard toothbrush.

How does the toothpaste stay on if the flosser, and I'm only guessing here since I don't have one or really did the science on it, is pushing water out through where the paste should be on?

Totally worth it. Has my teeth feeling so clean that I can damn near feel anything that gets on my teeth.

No toothpaste on the flosser. It just has multiple attachments that work like the water jets the dentist uses.

Only a few responses in here and I'm pretty much sold...

I do question though... Do these things clean TOO well? I'm worried about my enamel
There are different settings you can use to tone down the abrasion on your teeth. I usually use the whitening setting (which is the highest) and I haven't had any problems. My dentist also recommended NOT using charcoal toothpaste with the sonic.

I bought one years ago and don’t use it anymore. I was talking to my dentist and he said the same! I was surprised because he sells them at his office lol. I just use a regular toothbrush and focus on my problem spots.

It’s cool but not necessary imo.

i just copped a sonicare this last month lol. i was actually reading a bunch of studies and info on this and electric toothbrushes help with preventing cavaties moreso than manual brushing.
i got the protectiveclean 4100 which has the patented 62000 strokes(this is what u want) and even got a brushead replacement light. anything else is just extra and not really worth it from what i read
i got a $5 coupon if anyone tryna get the same model
