whose the best then?
It's hard to say it's 1 guy.

If you want to break it out into attributes...it's debatable

Release: Dan Marino in my view.

Mobility: Dan Marino. Here's why I say that: because Marino was incredible at moving within the pocket to create that extra half-second to allow his receivers to get open. People think mobility is about scrambling. It is...but it's more than that. Although if you want to give that to a guy like Aaron or John Elway or Steve Young or Michael Vick, then I understand.

Arm strength: John Elway

Accuracy: Aaron Rodgers. That's the thing Aaron does very well. He's very accurate with the ball. But let's keep in mind that of the top 15 Quarterbacks ALL TIME in completion percentage, NINE are active. That's not a coincidence. The rules in the NFL make it significantly easier for the quarterback and offenses to move down the field these days. In fact, the ONLY quarterbacks in the Top 30 in Completion Percentage who have played before 1995 are Troy Aikman, Joe Montana, Brett Favre and Steve Young. So let's take this accuracy thing with a grain of salt.

Intangibles: It's hard to argue against Joe Montana. Although Elway and Brady make a good case here. For the record, Peyton Manning leads all QBs in 4th Quarter comebacks with 42.
