No. Where I work the majority of the time it’s a woman in that position but I assume it’s because a lot of dudes don’t even apply for it.

I know one guy who is the assistant to the director and he seem to be doing alright.

I've been asking this question myself because I recently got a degree and am looking into entry level office jobs. I'm quickly finding out that most office jobs are filled by women. So then what office jobs can a man do? Or is a man supposed to do physical work? I always wanted an office job, but I've been questioning it lately, because a lot of the roles seem to be for women. I know a lot of men work in IT and Engineering, but not so much the fluff office jobs lol. I've been out of the loop about gender roles in the office job sector. I don't want to be subservient.
