Yvette still going in on Mark Thompson. He's sad but what else does she expect him to do? He's wedded to that Negro Whisperer life. It's his lane.. and there are not that many lanes for black people in the pundit class; just ask Donna Brazile. Mark Thompson and the rest of these negroes can't go off-script. Only scholars like Eddie Glaude and Cornel can do that cause the make their money in the academy. If Marc Morial, the NAACP and the rest of the boule are not touching this case for some reason, it means marching orders haven't been sent. The major networks like Cosby with NBC are off-limits to us. They don't want any black person, even like Byron, getting close. It doesn't matter how rich you are, they can freeze you out or makeup charges on your ass.
Byron is putting all his cards out on table though. His public interview with Tone on Boyce's channel a few years ago was him signaling that he was prepared to do unabashed black politics, making a bid for The Birth of Nation was the bigger move though. After that, they must really want to block him.
