Another one of LeGM's failures. The Cavs would be lit by now if he hadn't run them into the ground with all those idiot decisions like drafting Bennett, Waiters, and TT with top-4 picks, signing Bynum, giving up three draft picks to get Deng, letting Livingston and Speights walk, etc.
Imagine how good the Cavs could have gotten by now if they hadn't let Lebron call all the shots?
