Not at all. Cardio for the sake of cardio is just boring. Playing a sport or doing an enjoyable activity that involves heavy cardio is enjoyable though.

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
being completely honest, at this point, after 3+ years of heavy cardio, if I don’t log at least 13 miles a day, I feel completely off. I don’t even really get that endorphin rush anymore, though I do feel happy when I’m done. I just got off the treadmill about an hour ago, did 125 min, and the last 8 minutes were fukking brutal, but I felt great when I was done, because I’m done for the day, and I can sit around and relax.

I started working out to look better but I stopped caring a few years ago. I mainly do it because its relaxing and I sleep my best on workout days. Especially when I run. The days I don't work I either can't sleep or feel depressed.

You are experiencing what drug addicts go through. They require more and more stimulants in the long run

I can't say I have reached that staged yet:picard:

I'm in the same boat. If I go a week without cardio, I feel depressed and easily irritated
