Is anyone else noticing gray hair strands in their 20's or earlier?

I just recently looked in a mirror and seen several strands of gray hair around my head. I first started noticing them every now and then when I was around 18-19 but, now it's really noticeable to were other people can see it. Is anyone else graying at a young age as well?

As long as I've been able to grow a beard i had 6 strands of grey on one side of my face. Been there since i was 17. People alwaya tell me i have something on my face when they see it

IDK man it's weird because I don't think im stressed but, I will say lately I've been having bizarre dreams that I tell other people about in detail and they tell me it's a sign of stress though I don't feel stressed.

I started noticing them at 25 I'm 28 now. It's not much probably around 5 or 6 single strands. My pops is 55 and he has way more black hairs than Grey's and he started getting greys in his mid 20s to. Just relax it's part of the aging process it will slow down. It's kind of like balding around the crown when you first notice it you think your going bald than you realize 90% of men experience some kind of balding and 5 years later when your hairline hasn't moved much it's no biggie
