Probably not. I'll get a raise that's under or barely in line with inflation. It'd be a nice surprise if they drop a promotion on me, but I'd still be underpaid both internally and compared to the market.

i am. i graduated in july. was offered a job after graduation while still a student doin clinicals. supervisor told me i was prn but will still get hours.
he told me weeks ago i was getting a full time position and he told me 2 days ago i will start in early jan.

Not going into 2020 but for my December drill in the guard I was promoted to E4
Raise and bonus in March , but I really want that promotion to VP in 2020. Don’t think it’ll happen though.
