My raise was only like $2/hr and now I'm in charge of updating/deploying the shyttiest and most buggy software at the organization. I'm starting to wonder if they set me up for failure on some Obama ish.

i just got a promo but salary talks havent occurred yet...tinkll itll be a 10 to 15k raise plus bonus

Soon. My job is on-call but I usually work 48+ hours a week (12 hour shifts). A raise with this company is pretty much just getting consistent work. I hit a 70 week in November. They musta loved me round that time

Something like 3-4K I think but that's before taxes. After taxes, my (biweekly) check is like $150 more. I'm kind of wondering if it's worth the extra responsibility, but I guess it's too late to think about that now.
