I dropped my Asus laptop around october 2013, and I bought it manufactured refurbished form ebay around july 2013 and it was working so good, but when i dropped it, turned it back on it was making this beeping noise and it sends me to some Grey screen I can never get out of, what should I do?

yeah ive been using my sisters hp laptop (she has a macbook now) and this laptop is grinding my gears

Plug a monitor into the laptop's VGA or HDMI port and see if anything comes up
