Living in Miami, we really don't have an Asian community like that so I question how good our Asian restaurants are. I know they're mostly out in New York and in Los Angeles. I bet that Chinese food is fukkin :ohlawd: on both sides. But I got to thinking, who does it better? :patrice: I mean isnt LA closer to their mainland, thus more authenticity? :leostare: on the other hand, they say the best chefs come from New York :lupe:
Truthfully speaking, I can see the stereotype being true with all the rats in New York though :jbhmm:
Anyways, who makes it better? Korean, Chinese, Thai, all that shyt.

Benihanas tasted the same as eastcoast. Chinese joints tasted the same as east coast.

i noticed in cali was there was a lot more varieties of asian food. i usually only see chinese back home. in cali there was an asian place on every corner i tried pho (phipino soup), korean bbq, raw sushi, katsu chicken (bomb), thai food, and some other stuff.

I think it also depends on where you grow up to have that opinion.
most new yorkers that move to california would beg to differ, :manny:
and i bet vice versa
That isn't true at all....I'm from NY...and when I use to live in LA and relatives would come from out of town....the food out here was always the first thing on their money mind....NY has great food spots....but in Cali we have more of a variety believe it or not.....
