Living in Miami, we really don't have an Asian community like that so I question how good our Asian restaurants are. I know they're mostly out in New York and in Los Angeles. I bet that Chinese food is fukkin
on both sides. But I got to thinking, who does it better?
I mean isnt LA closer to their mainland, thus more authenticity?
on the other hand, they say the best chefs come from New York
