With the gentrification of NYC, it seems like other states are becoming more appealing for a black person to move to. If you go to Harlem or Brooklyn today, you'll see more hipsters if anything. If Atlanta won't become the next New York, what place do you think will?

I've always said that black people should move out of major coastal cities and more inward toward the country.

I do not think you know what gentrification means? People are being priced out of neighborhoods that have been theirs for decades. The next New York by definition is San Francisco. I read an article in the New York Times that in a few years a mofo will need a six-figure gig to even rent there.

Houston. You got crack houses in the Trey that go easily over $200k. Probably into the $250k range. Houses in Alief, one of Houston's hood are hitting the $200k mark. All of these within the last years.
