I feel like playboi carti could just adlib this beat and do numbers. The high pitch synths and arps is basically the foundation for all hyperpop and rage beats. I also think the songs topic of "wanting to see someone in real life" is even more relevant nowadays.

To answer the question, no. If I had to pick a beat that was "most ahead of its time", I'd probably pick something like "nikka What, nikka Who", "Up Jumps Da Boogie", or "Beep Me 911". Even in 2025, those still sound alien. Even "Get Ur Freak On".

Listen to MAYA by M.I.A.

Album came out in 2010 and basically pioneered a lot of those futuristic and industrial type beats you hear in rap and pop today.
