They seem to take it seriously. Are folks working full time at coffee shops?

Are the managers making 100k?I did a long bid at a Starbucks while in school
At an understaffed store youre getting 35-40 easy so people do work full time, they are known for their benefits package and they have hella perks
Moving up is easy provided youre willing to work your ass off. I went to my old store the other day and shorty I sorta came up with is about to be the assistant store manager. Shes like 22 or sumn
Store Managers are getting gwappington, dont get it twisted breh
As far as baristas themselves go? Sure you could work full time especially if no one else wants to. People stay calling out anyway. You could become a coffee master & branch out to the real coffee fanatic shyt, or manage, or supervise.
I can tell you first hand, the hours of 6am - 10am at that place will make you realize why caffeine is a drug. Them nikkas dead act like fiends. Coffee is serious
Not coffee but In N Out managers can make up to 100k and do work full time careers so it's possible. Are the managers making 100k?
