All of the above to various degrees. Just make yourself the best you that you can be, and you will increase your chances with women. That along with understanding a bit of body language and being able to approach with confidence will do a lot for any man.

Too many men can attest to the effects of being in great shape, going from regular dude with women to having women sexual harass them and rip both y’all clothes off once you get in private. I’m one of them.

Facial features matter but they can’t change that much without surgery, it was the changes in my body that changed the way women looked at me and treated me, I literally had a moment after losing weight and bulking up where I thought to myself “This is how women treat you when you’re in shape? I should have done this years ago!”

It definitely lowers the level of difficulty when dealing with women.

That was years ago but I lost like 90lbs in 6 months doing intermittent fasting, keto, long full court hoop sessions at the gym 3-5 times a week.

Then I did a year of Stronglifts 5x5, followed by a long recovery break (tendinitis), then a program called Madcow for 6 months , then eventually doing a 5/3/1 for 3 months at a time with a one month break so I could let my tendons heal properly.

Nowadays I might lift consistently for a month then chill for a month or two just to feel a like Im not losing lean mass.

But I recommend lifting, I swear most dudes don’t have to lift forever. You just have to lift consistently for 3-5 years and your body will be permanently better forever. I lost a lot of weight before, but I would gain it back, it was putting on lean mass that made it harder for me to gain bad weight.

It sounds cliche, but in all my dealing with women that’s the thing that matters the most when it comes to a woman giving you good love and respect.

A woman can be with the smartest man in the world and if he’s not making her feel like a woman during sex, she’ll feel like she doesn’t have to listen to him.

And vice versa you could have a super intelligent woman, but because a dumb dude is fukking her brains out she’ll listen to and obey everything he says with a smile.

But it’s a lot of smart men following dumb women because they put the p*ssy on them, so I guess it’s not gendered.
