Is Buju Banton better than Bob Marley and is he the GOAT?

This is a question i have been wondering, I might be bias this guy is my favorite artist due to the fact i love versatility and this guy can tackle so many different ones. So i have to questions
1/ In your opinion have their been a better hip hop/raggae/dancehall artist than buju banton since 1990? if yes? why?

2/This may be blasphemous but i think its up to debate but is Buju Banton a better artist than Bob Marley? I say yes.IF no, why?

There's no denying Bob Marley's impact but for me personally, I like Buju WAY more.

I agree bob have a bigger following but the question is, how is better? buju just have too many different songs in my opinion that are equal to or greater than bob's and unfortunately bob died early. Just to clarify bob Marley is my second favorite artist

Well write me that book and i am ready to go song for song my friend. The man did dancehall and raggae at its highest level, thats like a Nas or Jayz going from rapping to RNB and being just as good, thats what buju did.
