It used to be the American Dream but many from our generation are opting out of buying homes. :leon:

I want one but I ain't tryna committ for 30 years....I wanna be able to pick up and go and not stress about a house when or if I ever lose my job :mjcry:

Like, is buying a home still a great investment as it used to be or did the housing bubble ruin that too? :lupe:

Buying a home is actually cheaper than renting.

Even with taxes and maintenance.
Yeah but cheaper doesn't = better

And if your hot water heater or something major goes wrong...you gone be :to:

Would living in a rv be cheaper? or do you need a physical address?

I don't have the link on me (take this with a grain of salt), but; of course they're variables.

Like; without a stable job, you should rent.

ton of liability and you gotta do your own repairs and maintenance or pay someone else to do it

better shovel that snow on time every snow storm too. Me and my lawyer would hate if I were to slip and fall on the un shoveled sidewalk in front of your house :mjpls:
