A month ago, it was too early. Now it's too late?
Bodak Yellow dropped in June. Yes it's too fukking late now. She hasn't had another single since then, just a weak verse on Motorsport. Just look at any album that sold a lot of copies. Guarantee they didn't drop a single and then wait 6 months. That's not the recipe.
My point was you have people saying just a month ago it's early and now this month passed and it's too late? I think she does need to release something else before releasing her project.
It just seems like one part of the Coli is on the too early side and the other is on the too late side. Is the window for her to drop an album that small? I mean in this climate, who knows. I'm just asking lol.

She only dropped 1 single. It's too late now. The ideal plan is drop like 2-3 singles before you release your album but that obviously not what she did. 1 single then sit on it for 6 months?? Nahh that's not the way to do it. Especially with a single as big as bodak yellow. 3 months after release would have been perfect if she not releasing a second single

She should be more concerned about the next single...if it flops the label isn't going to be as receptive to future releases 
You don't think any social media moment or some kind of teaser of something (perhaps the Beyonce record) and suddenly dropping it along w/ a video w/ the album immediately gets everyone interested in her album?
I also don't think many expected her song to explode like it did as well. Hence the expectation of the album coming kinda came up on him. Just my guess.
