The recent list I saw of the top people in hip hop media was basically dominated by streamers, YouTubers, and podcasters. Is it possible for anyone to blow up off the radio anymore or is that dead. Keep in mind he’s almost 50 years old.

No hater would. Charlemagne has been a pretty popular celebrity for a minute now. Thats why he doesnt say or do wild shyt anymore. Id think its because he aint trying to lose his new found money and celebrity

Much like Howard Stern Charlemagne lost some cache when he decided to do the whole calculated "redemption" rebrand thing. Show is a goddamn snooze to listen to. Terrestrial radio is dying a slow, undignified death. Only NPR, conservative radio hosts and those old school soul and rock stations will remain.
