Point guard is probably the position with the most interchangeable players.
Magic, Steph, Isiah and Oscar are gonna be in that top four no matter what.
Jason Kidd, Stockton, GP, CP3, Walt Frazier, Tony Parker, Westbrook, Tiny Archibald, Cousy, Dame, Kyrie, Dennis Johnson, Nash can all be ranked out in the top 10 depending on who you prefer and the criteria. And that’s not to mention if you’re including Harden, Luka, SGA, Iverson, Jerry West in the convo.
Chris could be in your top ten and it’s reasonable, or who could be outside the top ten and it’s reasonable.

Yea, the interesting thing is Curry is classified as a point guard but Harden always gets shooting guard comparisons (Kobe, Wade, Iverson), and similar has started with SGA; yet both have or will end up playing point guard for the vast majority of their careers. Luka is another one... he's a point guard but whoever they compare him to (it's a bit more ambiguous than the other two imo) it likely wouldn't be to other point guards.
If Magic, Oscar, and Curry get to be on the point guard list, then so should Shai, Harden, Luka. Might be a hesitancy to do so by pundits because it obviously/automatically would bump down a chunk of the Stockton, Nash, CP3, Kidd, Payton, Mark Price types... but those are the breaks.

Chris Paul's resume for lifting multiple teams is pretty unique. No matter if you want to argue in terms of chips or MVPs, he's going to blast through all but 4 or 5 guys right off the bat.
