Is Cutler the most gifted dumb QB there's ever been?

Some of the throws Jay makes are Like, only a handful of QBs could ever make.. but holy shyt he makes the dumbest mistakes. He killed Chicago. Looks like he's out there and watch.. he'll kill the next team that picks him up also because they will fall in love with his physical abilities.

And if you're defining "gifted" as arm strength, we gotta throw in Dante Culpepper and Jamarcus Russell.

Really though, Michael Vick is probably the most gifted dumb QB ever. Cannon for an arm and incredible RB/DB levels of acceleration, agility, and speed.

Only thing he didn't have was the size, which really hurt his durability.
