I'm going to assume that that lil pocket is Hamtramck.It's a super small city (you can walk through that shyt in probably 20 minutes).A bunch of Polish and Bengali people there.I grew up in a neighborhood on the outskirts of that town.It's not Detroit.

Lol not a physical one.It's mainly an old head thing (both black and white) They're still mentally scared from whatever happened back in the day.Older Whites don't want to go to Detroit because they believe that they'll get robbed the second they step a foot across 8 mile.
