It's undoubtedly up there...top 10 at the very least (Eazy E's Gimme That Nut and even though it's not rap Prince's Puzzy Control is up there too)...the image of drunk white b!tches awkwardly trying to twerk at a white frat party or bar is forever burned in my brain right next to the memory of that song...i absolutely hate the song because of it to...when DMX got locked up driving that station wagon not too long ago the New York Post or some paper wrote in the article about it "Rapper DMX, most known for his hit song 'Party Up'...." I went ...please don't let them put that in X's obit when he eventually passes...he can't go down in history known for that godforsaken song
