Is Drake on the same level as Jay Z?

Video has got me comparing the two and I honestly cant think of a good reason why Drake won't see himself as the new Jay.

He has the wittiness of Jay in his lyrics

His flow is as good and in my opinion better than Jay

His catalogue is as good as Jay Z's when he was at the same stage

So is Drake right? Is he the new Jay?

I'm sure there are other similarities between the two that I have overlooked but I will let ya'll bring it up
