based on how hell has always been described to me i would say earth is much worse than hell... at least in hell you have certainty... on earth, no such thing...

granted... however you feel pain because whatever is happening to you is a threat to your existence... if you are burning for eternity then obviously the fire is of no threat to your existence so i doubt you'd be in pain... but let's say that you were ... you'd get used to it.. many millions of people on earth suffer from chronic pain and they get used to it and go on with their lives..... on earth though, you don't know what will happen to you.. today you get a bill of good health from a doctor and tomorrow you get hit by a bus and are confined to a wheelchair for the rest of your life... in hell you watch no one die, on earth you might watch your first born die, your parents die, yourself die.... i stand by my statement that due to uncertainty, earth is far worse than hell....
