is Empire Distribution really paying good ? 600 Breezy, Ras Kass, Sage The Gemini signed a deal to get distribution. K-Dot used it to release his debut album, ''Section.80''. Troy Ave used it to release his album, ''Major Without A Deal''. also Troy Ave claims that Empire Distribution pays artists 95 % of album profits, when they talked about his low first week sales.

claiming he pocketed 95% of the album’s profits, adding 30 thousand singles sold and proclaiming his final haul somewhere around $120 thousand.

i believe an artist can get 85% or 75 % in a distribution deal but not no damn 95 %

It's probably 95 percent before various deductions for promotion/manufacturing. For reference, Macklemore got 70% on his album.
