Is Europe's McFit gyms trolling McDonald's customers?

I just ran across this gym directly across the street from a huge McDonald's in a shopping plaza in Berlin. At first glance, I thought McDonald's opened up some gyms over here.

I just googled them and they're totally separate....open in a few European countries.

The logo definitely looks like Mickey D's....do any Euro brehs know if they're all placed near other McDonald's?
