I never watched a single episode. Always thought it was cac shyt. I have never been too big on European mythology (dragons, elves, wizards and shyt) but am starting to become more open minded. Is it worth binge watching? Just got done with Black Summer (which went HARD) and looking for something that can hold my attention.

I can’t in good faith tell you yea. At one point, very late, it was a top 5 show for me, but by the end I couldn’t ever rewatch it.

I’m still watching the spin-offs tho :lolbron:

Game of Thrones was always described as a fantasy show for people that don't like fantasy. The fantasy, at least for the first half of the show, is downplayed in favor of the politics and family drama. You don't have to be into Lord of The Rings, elves, magic, dark lords and shyt to get engrossed in it. It became the most popular show in the world because people that didn't normally fukk with fantasy, all watched it and talked about it at the water cooler.

if you want to spend hours of your life getting emotionally invested only to have your face spit in by some shytty television writers who wanted to do a show where the confederates won the civil war :ehh:

:ohhh:

I felt this way about Sneaky Pete when they discontinued it. I will give it shot.
