I've been listening to a few gaming podcasts lately and the "Media bias" topic has come up a lot.




So, I wanna read what Coli brehs think.

You could literally say this same thing for Sony and people will start to believe there's some bias for Sony even though there's games Sony released that were panned critically.

It's all just a bunch of confirmation bias. Hell the typical "Nostalgia" angle for Zelda BOTW doesn't make sense as it's the most different Zelda game ever.

i have usually owned all the systems but this 4K shyt has pumped my breaks on owning a playstation or xbox

when i first saw how clear 4k was and realized console gaming has not caught up i decided to take a break until it caught up.

because i don't own other systems yet i don't feel comfortable commenting too much about the state of nintendo because i only just now started playing videogames again and i only play Zelda, nothing else.

all i know is that when this mothafukka get jailbroken i'll probably be too distracted with it to buy a scorpio or ps4 pro slim who knows. i buy xboxes for halo and used to buy playstation for more japanese developers games but a lot of shyt is multiplatform now. id only get a ps4 for uncharted but shyt nikka ive seen a walk through for uncharted 4 while its great it has nowhere near the replayability of zelda.

i only buy games for replayability man. whats the point of buying a game with the best graphics if you only play it once? what ps4 games have good replayability? thats some shyt i need to research before i get one. halo is replayable so no doubt about scorpio. crackdown using the cloud? dope.

I think everyone takes reviews too seriously. Maybe Nintendo receives a pass sometimes but it's not affecting sales of other companies. Look at Disney. They put out some horrendous movies but reviewers are too scared to go hard on them. If another studio made that Beauty and the Beast joint it'd be 40% on Rotten Tomatoes. These are the times we live in.

That said, everything I've seen comin out of the Switch looks impressive. I remember WillU being shyt on

And CoD has changed over the years too. Doesn't change the fact that it's the same thing over and over. Nintendo do doesn't take risks, and don't try to create new ips. Every other major publisher at least puts in the effort
