He was beyond washed in 2004, what you think he is in 2016? 
I've been following him from time to time over the years. He's always kept himself buff looking and has always had an interest in MMA But I don't recall him doing anything endurance haha. He's going to end up being another part-timer that gets them the ratings but looks like he has no business in the ring again. (cough rock cough)

Beat me to it. He's only 2 years younger than Taker and played pro football before pro wrestling. That time off was probably the longest he went without having to train and compete in a high impact sport.
I'd hope I could keep my training up to look as solid as Goldberg is at 49. "Flabby" or not, he was still able to Jackhammer Rusev tonight.
