Is Gorilla Grodd a Good Villain

I was big on comic books in the 90's, but I've never read a single Flash comic. What's funny is, I like the Flash as a standalone character, but by far he seems to have some of the wackest villains of any major comicbook character.

I never even knew who Gorilla Grodd was until the Injustice games.

I just can't fathom a telepathic gorilla being a formidable enemy for someone who can run damn near at the speed of light.

The storyline where they turned the founding members against each other should have been carried on towards later episodes and the JLU series. It was pretty much dropped after the original arc was done until the episode where they saved Wally.

Yes, he’s highly intelligent and has the power of mind control. He’s also able to transfer his conscious into other bodies as well as incredible strength with the ability to even withstand punches from The Flash. He has different origin stories of how he got his powers.

Yeah he’s been in a few storylines on the show. In this one, he got his powers from the particle accelerator explosion where The Flash got his powers as well. They did pretty well with it being on a TV budget and all.
