Is Hookah smoking worse than smoking cigarettes?

But you don't hookah every day whereas a cigarette smoker smokes every day for years on end.

But to answer your question I saw some 20/20 type special where they were saying a typical hookah session is like smoking 30 cigarettes. I pretty much ain't been to a hookah spot since. Even before I heard that I kept getting sick if I drank and smoked hookah. Had two golden monkeys then went to the hookah lounge , damn near threw up.

Hopefully it's just another dumb fad. Those jawns were really popping in the hood last couple of years
