????? Strictly speaking from the standpoint of black professionals, entertainment, and black economic growth did Htown take the crown or is it another city?

Houston
I'm white, but I I have dated many black women in Houston. They are winning. Pulling up in Mercedes and BMWs. I pulled up in my Mazada 3 and felt inadequate. Black women are serious in Houston. Asians and Latinas are winning too. Houston is really a melting pot. So many hot women.

Maybe Sodom. With their crazy STI rates.

Seems they are trying to take Atlanta's crown.
I was going to speak on this topic? Who is it to blame? Why do these sicknesses plague our cities. Im going to give my opinion, I think its the fact that Houston and ATL are major blue cities.

ANYTIME Liberalism is at an high they give women options and they utilize them. They are soo free and into alot of things.

Houston is not just black or surrounded by many smaller towns that are also majority black.

The black belt region is still the most concentrated area with black people going from the Delta region through the South to Virginia.

The area you want to go to see how black people are living is this area.

In the 90s early 2000s DC and ATL was the black mecca for cities in America. I remember you could go to ATL back in the day and get almost a mansion for a cheap price.

Mecca for opportunities for black people. You know cities and hubs where black people are doing the best.

Pretty sure thats the DMV area. Everybody always seems to bring up ATL and Houston when the DMV has a high concentration of black professionals.

ATL and Houston don't even appear on the list of wealthiest black cities/neighborhoods.

Houston
Naw. Still DC and ATL
I dated an alcoholic black woman in DC (I was an alcoholic too, so it was toxic). DC is cool, but Houston is better. Higher quality women. I don't know about ATL, but I used to live in Charlotte. Hot ass women too. I had more fun in Phoenix though. The white women were crazy. They're all from CA though :stopitslime:

My homegirl from Jersey just moved down there a couple months ago she always hits me up saying it’s money moving down there I hear black people are thriving down there and DFW I think Texas might be seen as the the new Harlem for black people in the next coming years Northeast seems like it’s on a slow decline

Naw. Still DC and ATL

Htown is dope but you gotta drive minimum 30 mins everywhere to do anything. Trash

I think Trump's bullshyt is going to seriously dent the Black middle class in DMV which is heavily reliant on fed jobs and contracting.

ATL is good but growth is slowing and I say this as a native.

Houston is interesting. If these oil prices stay high, it will be a boom town. It is already built and crowded though (and not cheap) so it is more uphill than say Atlanta or DC in the 80s. It does have one of the biggest educated Black populations in the country though.

Atlanta's Henry County is the third wealthiest major Black county after Charles and PG.

ATL cost of living is lower too so salary wont match DMV.
