Him and B Roy were the 3rd and 4th best SG behind Kobe and Wade a few Years ago. Never could decide who better as one was such a smooth scorer, traditional 2 but the other was an all around combo guard who could do a little of everything.

B Roy was the smarter efficient version of Joe. If he knew how to pass & actually drive in & lead a team you would get Brandon Roy

I guess its been flipped because when he got coined that during his ATL days it was meant as a negative thing
It was Woody who ran ISO every play when it was 5 minutes left to the game ended. Sometimes it had good results and sometimes it didn't
