Even if neither are true, upscaled 1080p to 4K looks real good. I love my Samsung SUHD. The colors, the resolution,

At this point 1080p tvs are on the decline. If you're buying a new set it will probably be 4K anyway. As long as it has HDRand HDCP 2.2 I see no reason not to get a 4K.

Until a better company than LG makes 4K TVs I'd pass.

all of Netflix original series are 4k.
i watch many of their show so i get to enjoy 4k content.
i wonder why more things aren't shot in 4k.

I don't regret getting my Sony 4K set one bit. Netflix in 4K looks incredible
