3 years since I was driving regularly. I've drove up and down the block sporadically throughout those years though.
To answer the thread though, I think I'd just wrap my sheet around me on the way out or grab my peacoat.

This kinda sorta happened to me, it wasn't as cold out.
When I used to live in Florida (about 10 yrs old) I stayed in an apartment complex, my mom worked nights so I'd be home by myself.
Well this one night, I awoke to somebody banging hard as fukk on my door and a lot of ruckus outside. Its smoky as fukk and then my door falls down, with these 2 KGB alien-retrieval lookin nikkas storming in to abduct the kid.
Im in just boxers so I thought I was finna get molested by astronauts, so Im kickin and fighting til I start to wake up more and realize they are firefighers and my entire building is on fire from the roof burning its way down. So amongst the crowd of onlooking tenants, I find my neighborhood buddies. They are all laughing at me freezing because its like 55 (cold as fukk in florida) and Im outside in nothin but my socks and drawls
Now I sleep as dressed as possible for the season, with clothes nearby I can access if some other shyt pops off.
