Is it a LOSS that Busta works for Lil Wayne?

Universal is simply their distributor as Interscope is for Aftermath, G-Unit, Shady, etc. Universal is just supplying the units and stores the product can be placed in. Whether or not YMCMB or Cash Money release anything Busta related is on them. The same happened with Aftermath and Rakim / Busta. Both guys signed deals with Aftermath / Interscope, but Dre and his team were the deciding factors as to what was released and they were inevitably dropped by Aftermath. I expect a "Mutual Split" between Busta and YMCMB soon.

These majors maybe distributors but they virtually do all the work for the label including giving release dates. Case in point, 50 would have a release date if G unit only relied on Interscope as a distributor and not be complaining for 2 years about no release date
