nah, assuming you give them enough notice. the concept of employee loyalty is stupid-- when budget cuts roll around, they'd lay-off the 'loyal' breh working there for 20 years without thinking twice. do what's best for you.

What i learned since i been in the labor force..

is that YOU DON'T WORK FOR "THEM" you WORK WITH THEM

the moment that you DON'T REALIZE THAT..is when you BECOME ENSLAVED TO THEM

approach every employment situation as a "mutual relationship"....

CORPORATIONS DON'T GIVE A FUKK ABOUT U....you are EXPENDABLE...

especially in this age of TEMPORARY WORKFORCE AND RIGHT TO WORK LAWS (NO UNIONS)

look out for SELF

Before you leave and before you accept the other job (assuming you get it) find out what leverage you have :yeshrug:

See how valuable you are and mention that there is a better opportunity. They might offer a counter for more money, better hours, etc. It doesn't hurt to check.
