nah, assuming you give them enough notice. the concept of employee loyalty is stupid-- when budget cuts roll around, they'd lay-off the 'loyal' breh working there for 20 years without thinking twice. do what's best for you.

I left my last job after 3 months. I just told them I got accepted to a job that I applied for before I even applied with them, which was true. Just be gracious about it.
