Wouldnt say 'terrible' because any rapper who was influenced by Dipset/Taliban just cant be terrible. He was never a "lyricist" or word smith, he just made smooth, laid-back pothead music with catchy, solid hooks.

He fell off fast but as songs like Mary 3X, The Bluff and Rooftops shows he is still certainly capable of putting out dope songs.

Kush and OJ saves him from the terrible rapper pile.
I've ignored most everything he's released since Rolling Papers but he's a STAR to these kids.
I wouldn't go so far as to say he's "terrible", but I'm not even sure if he's trying with his wordplay anymore. I do like the variance in flows he displays now. Wiz has his moments where he puts together 8 bar clusters that are :ehh:

he can sometimes be ok but he is not at some kind of elite status where it would be blasphemous to say that

I'd hate to get technical on you but it MAY be SORT of blasphemous to say he's a terrible "RAPPER." :ehh:

It'd be fair to say that he's an average "lyricist"...but to say that he's a terrible rapper would be to say that he's terrible AT rapping, which he isn't.

Pretty good verse structure, cadence, change of flow pattern from song to song, and breath control...all from a guy that smokes a shyt load of herb everyday and can carry his own on the microphone live w/o leaning too hard on a hype man. If you get what I mean and keep that in mind, he can actually out-RAP a lot of people.

Not the most clever or deep cat in the game but he's definitely consistent enough to not be a "bad rapper". :manny:

Hope that makes sense.

Gang violence...
he cant be described as terrible as long as rappers like lil b are still recording, but he looks ridiculous and probably only appeals to potheads and white girls.
