Ground beef patties, seasoned well, seared on both sides first for a nice crust, ,then chopped up with peppers and onions. Throw yellow American cheese on it until it Melts and throw it on a Hero or Roll with iceberg lettuce/tomato/mayo/ketchup


AB ain't from New York but as a NYer I said he got damn near close. Just gotta replace kraft cheese with deli slices like boars head or land of lakes. Also need new York style bread
