I've had good success trying different photographic effects:

If you shoot from the pubic area holding the phone against your skin you will be shooting down the length of the erect penis, making it seem much longer

If you shoot close up from below the penis, when it is flaccid but somewhat engorged(just short of erect), the penis will seem large and dominating

I did one shot with just my erect dikk against a white wall and good lighting effects-came out looking almost professional

Like Houston says, you've got to be at least average, preferably above or it defeats the purpose. Not sure about cock rings, but definitely 'pinch' the base of your dikk to trap as much blood as possible, maximizing the girth of your erection.
