Me and black women just don't have nothin in common 
its easier your own race. no matter what anyone says the first thing people notice is your race because the first thing we do is see things. its the way it is.
depending on the person after finding out what race you are they already have their minds set about what person you will be from stereotypes and general know how
its up for the person to look past that and even when and if they do their family especially the old folks will probably not like you unless your rich or have a shyt load of charisma

im dominican and my girl is half pr/half black and we been together for 7 years
i think it would actually be harder for me to date a dominican girl because i really cant speak spanish that good since i was born and raised here in harlem.. you might say "well yea if it was a dominican girl that can speak good english youll be good"....WRONG...i would have to be able to get in good with the family (which to me is important), and when it comes to most dominican families...they speak more spanish than anything. puerto ricans been in the states as early as the 30's, 40's...dominicans migrated here in the late 70's so a lot of us still be on our spanish shyt hard..
plus most dominicans that are raised here speak fluently in both spanish/english..but im one of the few that just speaks more english than anything. shyt in my lifetime, i've actually gotten along better with ricans/blacks than my own people.....cause honestly a lot of dominicans just look at you wrong if you dominican and cant speak spanglish

What's your race?
The same race. I could never see myself being comfortable enough to date someone if another race. I need someone that I can relate to on multiple levels, including my race.
