Sometimes gyms have golden hours where u literally just wake up to get there at the best time. Didn’t want to miss out and he’d rather not have to drive back and forth. I’ve def seen worse in a gym parking lot tbh

I ran a half marathon on this dope treadmill at the gym then sat in my car for like 45 mins and there were dude in their cars looking at their phones and shyt, smoking, eating.....I figure "ok maybe they got done like me.". Then some broad comes out tosses a bag in the trunk or back and they both pull off.

I usually chill and decompress sync my workouts from my watch and catch up on missed texts, check the coli after a workout and I've seen that a few times.
