After a certain age I think it’s weak to ghost folks. Folks need to use their big boy/ big girl words. Unless a person poses a threat why not explain why you don’t fukk with them. If their frowsy .. you chose them .. so it says something about your picker as well. You don’t owe folks a thing but common courtesy still goes along way .. and you know .. karma and shyt.
