At least compared to last years. I've been playing this shyt since it released, but shyts just starting to really hit me. This gameplay just isn't anywhere near as realistic as last years.

My pet peeves tho:

You can't block dunks. No matter how perfectly positioned you are. The game just doesn't let the animations change once it starts. shyts annoying.

Holy shyt, the reach in fouls are RETARDED. Like, I'm in no way a steal button masher, but it doesn't give you any fukking lee way.

Mid range jumpers go in no matter how retarded the shot is. Turn around side ways fadeaway, but you're kinda open? Swish. Drop back sideways fadeaway? Swish. It's so fukking stupid. This shyt should not happen. This shyt is sloppy.

Defenders are quite simply retarded. At least your teams AI is for the most part. It irks me.


This year just doesn't seem as polished as the last few, honestly. It's like 2K is going down the Madden hole

People say this every single year. Most people on this forum straight shytted on 2k12 the whole time it was out. Yeah, its hard as hell to block a dunk, but how often do dunks get blocked in real life? Not often. I've been blocking a bunch of them lately tho, but in a buggy way. I'll contest the dunk and my defender kinda goes to the side as they dunk and their ball bounces off the rim, they could just be fukking the dunks up but it has only happened when I was playing good defense.

Only thing that annoys me are the step back off balance 3 pointers that swish everytime from someone like Durant or Harden. But if you're using these techniques, you usually lack overall skill and I can get the W :manny:

There is usually always a way to win you just gotta find out how.

Winning is not the problem for me.

My Knicks offline season win total is 33-4. :salute:

I actually hate, no matter how realistic I play, the score still be in the range of 144 and higher. :gladbron:

I love the game however there are a few things I think they need fix.

Rebounding - boxing out is not effective enough. I get outworked on rebounds against the CPU nomatter what players I use and how well I box out.

spacing - not enough spacing. The corner three man isn't enough of a threat on this game. the court is too small IMO. You should be able to play like alot of teams play today, with three guys on the wings spacing the floor and moving the ball should be able to result in a open three pointer shooter if you're touble. The CPU is way too quick to recover when helping. The spacing issue also makes the zone too powerful in this game.

Blocking shots - almost impossible to block shots in this game. Back in ~2k8 it was too easy but now they've made it too hard.

otherwise it plays fine IMO.
